Trump Fails Up

It’s really something, how impossible it is for Trump supporters to see how dishonest Trump truly is, in his life and career. I’m wondering if that’s because they aren’t familiar with the concept of failing up. Trump isn’t a successful businessman. Look it up. He has mountains of debt. You really think there isn’t a shady reason he’s fighting like hell to keep his tax returns hidden? No Presidential candidate, since and including Nixon, has refused released their returns. He is the only one.

He hasn’t become some incredible businessman. His teachers said he was arrogant and never learned anything (https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2017/10/12/1705902/-Former-Wharton-Professor-Donald-Trump-Is-the-Dumbest-Goddam-Student-I-Ever-Had ).

He has failed up. That’s what white men do, so easily. His dad gives him a “loan” of $60.7 million. It was never repaid (https://www.cnbc.com/2018/10/02/trumps-small-loan-from-his-father-was-more-like-60point7-million-nyt.html ).

He cheats contractors and employees (https://theweek.com/articles/783976/brief-history-trumps-smalltime-swindles).

He files for bankruptcy, screwing over all employees, to avoid paying taxes and benefits (https://www.newyorker.com/news/our-columnists/donald-trumps-business-failures-were-very-real).

Yes, he has become President, but you think he did a lot to get there, or does a lot now? Think again. He has teams of people around him. Even still, he’s really just Putin’s useful idiot (https://www.newsweek.com/trump-russia-asset-useful-idiot-1471296).
